We will then review the quotation with you to ensure the design and costs precisely meet your needs.  Should you wish to proceed would ask for a preliminary fee and prepare the documentation required for consent application. 

Dealing with territorial authorities has never been easy and is certainly not getting any easier in today's environment.  We have the experience in dealing with building consent issues to make the process a lot less stressful than it can be for those unfamiliar with the technicality’s of consent application. We will assist you with this to make it as painless as possible. 

An individual could go about finding a draughtsman to draw their plans then going through the building consent process. Then finding builders to quote your shed. And then organising all the materials required for your shed.  Not forgetting that doing all this makes you the main contractor under the new building act and ultimately responsible for ensuring the building complies with all the requirements of the Building Act.
